    I have been creating and maintaining web sites since 2001 and have a lengthy string of satisfied clients.

    I tell my clients that even the most beautiful site is not successful if visitors cannot find the information they want quickly and easily. Thus, we usually start with the navigation. Then, each design is tailored to suit the client’s needs and preferences. No two sites are alike.

    Nowadays, all sites that I create are responsive (meaning that they are easy to view and navigate on any size screen - desktop, tablet, or phone). Basic SEO features are built-in, too.

    Since 2011, I have served as the virtual assistant to several professional organizations, performing duties such as membership renewals, event registrations, PayPal setup and usage, assistance with Board and committee projects, and email blasts.

    All of these groups (so far) are not-for-profit professional organizations with fewer than 500 members - large enough to need assistance, but not able to afford full-time help. I work efficiently and bill at a reasonable hourly rate. I provide the back-office work AND the office!
